Awsome service, friendly, and the food (chicken fried steak) was the best ever. Highly recommended to anyone that is looking for a wonderful breakfast that is fulfilling with big portions.

Kitchen got my tricky order perfect. Food came super fast, the waitstaff super attentive. Bacon was a little thin, but the whole experience outshined the one flaw. This place is a great breakfast joint.

It's always their best. My wife and I love this place.. Wow the Aroma and taste of their food is the bomb! The kids like the trains my wife likes the sports memorabilia go Hawks! Way to go 12th man strong!

It’s really great great place to have breakfast! Very interesting decoration, hundreds license plate, lots of things from 1950, very nice and humor waiter/waitress. Most interesting thing, they have a small toy train which really can run, my two kids were screaming when it’s start running! I’ll definitely be there again next time if I visit Port Angeles.

Best omelet I have had in a long time! Large portions. Fast service. I was stuffed after just eating 1/2 of my order. Very friendly staff. The eclectic decor was fun, and interesting to look at. They have one of the largest license plate collection I've seen.

The place is so cute! The service is really friendly and excellent. However, the food is nothing to write home about except that the prices are really high for the quality of the food. That said, it's usually filling if you're hungry and it's open more hours than other cafes. I'll continue to go there occasionally, but my expectations are firmly in check.

This is our second trip to Port Angeles. Last August we came here and I don’t recall writing a review. So I figured it was time I do. Second time here is just as good as the first. The people are very friendly but not in your face constantly. The memorabilia around the inside is pretty cool to inspect. The food was excellent. Pancakes are HUGE. Prices are a little higher, but the portions reflect. We are planning on moving here and we WILL be coming here at least once a week!

The best place in town for breakfast! The good is amazing and the people and some of the friendliest around. We love Shirley's!

The customer service was great... But the food was over priced... Toast was burnt and the bell peppers in my omelette were raw!

It was a slow day, but i got my food in under 4 minutes. Friendly staff, omg!!! I think I've been to 2 or 4 previous restaurants inhabiting this real estate. I'm glad to see that the same quality of food and service is still intact. Also, the train still runs!!!!

Shirley's Cafe was just great! Friendly, fast and attentive waitresses, and if I might say, the best steak and eggs breakfast I have ever had. I and my neighbor were doing the Olympic Highway 101 Loop tour and stayed the night in Port Angeles. The next morning, for breakfast, we discovered Shirley's Cafe. Great discovery! Charming and so hospitable! And the food? To die for. I barely finished the ample plate.. Steak (which was cooked perfecty, and SO tender), 2 eggs, cooked to order, a huge serving of hash browns and toast. I finished everything but the toast, as it was just too much food, and cooked perfectly! My neighbor agreed, the steak was unbelievable! Lots of locals, and the ceiling was covered in auto license plates from those that have visited here. Plus photos, and a train that runs around the ceiling. Charming! Go there. Guaranteed you will love it!

We were looking for a new favorite breakfast/lunch spot while vacationing in Port Angeles... we found it!! Shirley’s is fantastic! The service is very friendly, the food portions are great and the prices were reasonable! The food is so good! The best rueben I have ever had, chicken fried steak with homemade gravy was yummy and the French dip was very tender and flavorful !!!! You will not be disappointed!

Fun spot! Food was ok but just a touch pricey for an average breakfast item. Lots of "vintage" memorabilia with great service.

We were recommended this place because it had breakfast all day. My Husband loved his omelet, I had the Chicken Fried Steak with gravy. We were both pleased and full. Staff were friendly and seemed to know a lot of regulars. We would definitely visit again. From Canada.

I found a short, black hair in my hash brown. It was probably nose hair or facial hair. The waitress took my plate when I caught her attention, looked at the plate and proceed to say: "I don't think so" and walked away. She gave the plate to the kitchen to look at. None of them said sorry to me - the customer. No courtesy followed after that. Usually, restaurants will have to send someone out to say sorry or explain what happened. Or at least give the customer a discount or no charge for the soiled food. The interesting thing is, none of the cook in the back were either wearing gloves or hair net. I don't think I'll ever eat here again after this incident.

OMG! Seriously the best French Dip I have ever had!! Amazing! Thank you so much for such an awesome meal!!! I have a health condition which doesn't allow me to feel hunger. And as you can imagine it's difficult to try and eat if you aren't hungry! Well, I ate the whole sandwich it was so good!! Thank you again!!!

AMAZING breakfast place. I will actually come back tomorrow since I'm still in town. As you can see, portions are very generous! I also have to point out that the lady server offered to give me a new refill of coffee in a to-go cup!! Super friendly and amazing service

Shirley's Cafe is an awesome little Mom and Pop restaurant. Decorated with old memorabilia, local sports history, trains, and various other things; this place will make you feel right at home. The food seemed all homemade too and was so delicious. The staff was so friendly and service was excellent. I definitely felt right at home, even though I was all the way across the country.

Shirley’s wasn’t even mediocre; “subpar” is putting it kindly. And incredibly overpriced! Eating at Shirley’s was THE low point of this vacation. I ordered the corned beef hash, and it contained two ingredients: chunks of low quality diced beef and chunks of bland potatoes. It was obvious minimal effort was put into preparation, despite the fact we were the only customers in the cafe. More like a $3.99 dish, rather than the $15 we paid for it. Not even as good as Denny’s.
